Report format
Our valuation reports are completed in accordance with the latest editions of the guidance notes and practice statements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) including the "RICS Valuation Standards" (The Red Book) which contains mandatory rules, best practice guidance and related commentary for all RICS members undertaking asset valuations.
