A building survey is a detailed report that is tailored to your particular requirements. It is more suitable than an RICS Homebuyers Report where there are some particular elements of the building that are cause for concern and require more detailed attention. The building survey will also highlight areas where urgent attention is required and even suggest suitable courses of action to remedy the identified problems.
Our building surveys provide detailed commentary on the type, size, construction and accommodation of the property with further details of movement, timber defects, dampness and condensation with an assessment of the condition of the roof structure, chimneys, rainwater fittings, walls, joinery, roof space, floors, services and highlight items of urgent repair.

Our Building Survey report will also include a Reinstatement Cost assessment of the property.
The Building Survey report can also be used as a bargaining tool to renegotiate a reduction of the agreed purchase price of the property.
