It is more suitable than an RICS Homebuyers Report where there are some particular elements of the building that are cause for concern and require more detailed attention. The building survey will also highlight areas where urgent attention is required and even suggest suitable courses of action to remedy the identified problems.

Our Building Survey report will also include a Reinstatement Cost assessment of the property.
