About Cranborne Associates

Cranborne Associates was established in June 2009 by Christopher Francis BSc (Hons) PGDip MRICS, a chartered surveyor with extensive experience of the property industry from working for a range of well-regarded private practices from small to medium-sized partnerships to a large international plc in London and the south east.

Christopher Francis is a registered chartered surveyor on the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme (EWRS) and an approved valuer on the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS) www.rics.org/vrs 

Cranborne Associates' core offering is the preparation of residential valuation reports for loan security, expert witness, compulsory purchase, disputes and litigation and financial accounting purposes.

Cranborne Associates benefits from professional indemnity insurance cover up to £1,000,000 for any one claim.
